Our vision is to provide support to individuals that enables them to lead valued and meaningful lives in the community in which they live. We seek to enable individuals to be as independent as possible in an environment which celebrates achievement and continuous development.
Supported Living offers individuals the opportunity to have their own tenancy and live in a supported environment of their choice, with people they choose to live with.
At Supported Living, we work with a housing organisation to make this all possible. Our team of Support Workers support individuals during the day and at night when needed. This means that each resident can do the things they enjoy, such as; spending time with their family and friends, going to the leisure centre, shopping, or going to work or college.
We encourage individuals to do as much for themselves as possible including cooking, budgeting and their own personal care.
We are committed to supporting people to live their lives as independently as possible, try new things and fulfil their potential.
The Health and Social Care Act 2008 states that CQC registered providers must have a registered manager, set out in Regulation 7: requirements relating to registered managers

Registered managers must meet the following:
Supported Living's registered manager is Kerry Hooper.
Supported Living is part of Provide CIC, a limited company that delivers community health and social care services across Essex, outer north east London and East Anglia. As part of the ever-changing NHS structure it was formed as Provide CIC in 2010 after a long history of delivering NHS services. As a community interest company, any surplus Provide CIC makes, by working more innovatively and effectively, is reinvested into the services and/or the local communities it serves. Provide CIC's services are commissioned by the NHS and local councils, and are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
